EGG & VEGETABLE SUSHI ROLLS


Ingredients

Nori sheets
Sushi Rice (or short grain rice)
Omelette (Eggs)
Snow Peas
Carrot (grated)
Wasabi


Method

Cook & prepare your sushi rice.

Slice the omelette and snow peas.

Apply a small amount of wasabi into the rice groove.

Place the omelette, snow peas & grated carrot on top.

Follow the Sushezi instructions, slice to serve & ejoy!

TOFU & VEGETABLE SUSHI ROLLS


Ingredients

Nori Sheets
Sushi Rice (or short grain rice)
Tofu
Mushroom
Snow pea sprouts
Carrot (Grated)
Wasabi


Method

Cook & prepare your sushi rice.

Slice Tofu, mushrooms & snow pea sprouts.

Apply a small amount of wasabi into the rice grooves.

Place Tofu, mushrooms, snow pea sprouts & grated on top.

Follow your Sushezi instructions, slice to serve.


VEGETARIAN SUSHI ROLLS


Ingredients

Nori Sheets
Sushi Rice (or short grain rice)
Cucumber
Sweet Potato (cooked)
Sesame seeds
Wasabi


Method

Cook & prepare the sushi rice.

Slice cucmber.

Blend the cooked sweet potato.

Apply a small amount of wasabi into the rice groove.

Place cucumber, sweet potato and sesame seeds on top.

Follow your Sushi instructions and slice to serve.
